I'm passionate about health, wellness, and physical activity. I want to be your trusted partner in managing your health concerns, and help you achieve optimal wellness and balance in your life.

I love running, cycling, competing in triathlons, and paddling. In my spare time, I have given back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for My Sister's Place - People in Transition Alliston, and volunteering at local community events, including on-site medical services for running races, mountain bike races, and obstacle races.

I practice family-based naturopathic medicine in Alliston, serving the New Tecumseth community. In Barrie, my practice is focused mainly on sports and performance medicine, and pain management. I am also a clinical supervisor and lead the Sports Medicine Focus Shift at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic - the teaching clinic of the largest naturopathic medical school in Canada. Recently, I have been awarded an academic faculty position at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I teach upper-year naturopathic students an advanced course in Sports Medicine.

For the technical stuff - I am registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and have met the standard of practice for prescribing. I am also certified by the International Society of Sports Nutrition. I have an honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a minor in Biology, from McMaster University, and obtained my naturopathic credentials from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

My name is Dr. Tracey (ND). I listen to my patients and provide evidence-based solutions to their health care concerns. As a Naturopathic Doctor, I strive to be your partner in health, giving you the information and motivation required to live your life to its fullest.
